Privacy Policy

The short version

Jam Drop has no accounts, no ads and no tracking, and we never sell or share personal data. The only data that leaves your phone is an anonymous technical report when the app crashes or hits an error, so we can fix it. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple or Google.

What stays on your device

Your progress (levels cleared, stars, coins, boosters and settings such as sound and vibration) is saved only on your own phone. It is deleted when you uninstall the app or tap “Reset progress” in Settings.

Crash and error reports

If the app crashes or something goes wrong, it sends a report to Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.), a service we use only to find and fix bugs. A report contains the error message and code location, the app version, the device model and operating system version, and the last few in-game steps before the error (for example “opened the shop”). It does not contain your name, e-mail, contacts, location, advertising identifier or IP address (IP storage is switched off). Reports are stored in the EU (Germany) and deleted automatically within 90 days. They are not linked to your identity and are not used for advertising or tracking.

Purchases

Coin packs and other items are bought through the App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google processes the payment under their own privacy policy; we never see your card or payment details. The app only receives a confirmation that the purchase was made so it can add the items to your game.

Children

Jam Drop does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Crash reports are anonymous technical data.

Your choices

You can stop all data from leaving your phone by uninstalling the app. To ask about or delete crash reports, write to us at the address below.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
